Gender-Affirming Surgery Letters

Embody Counseling has specialized training in working with the LGBTQIA+ community and can provide biopsychosocial evaluations and letters for transgender, non-binary, and gender diverse folks to obtain gender-affirming surgery. Typically, insurance companies require letters from at least two different mental health and/or medical providers for folks to pursue gender-affirming surgery. Embody Counseling follows WPATH Standards of Care for these letters.

90 minute session | $200 (including letter)
